Gemeinhardt 2CN1

Gemeinhardt 2CN1 Student Bb Clarinet for Rent
Kurt Gemeinhardt came to America in 1928 after building handmade flutes in Germany and Switzerland. The 4th-generation flute maker spent 20 years in the U.S. designing flutes for other companies like Selmer. He then opened his own factory and the legendary Gemeinhardt Company was born. Gemeinhardt instruments are built to the highest standard of quality and this 2CN1 Bb (B-flat) student clarinet is a great value for the beginning clarinetist.

Features & Specs

1

Student Level

Student clarinets are made of plastic, ABS resin, or some other composite material and have nickel-silver keys with nickel or silver-plating. Professional clarinets are typically wooden with silver-plated or solid silver keys.

2

ABS Resin Body

The ABS Resin body with wood-grain finish is a strong composite material ideal for reproducing the tonal qualities of more expensive wooden clarinets while offering durability and ease of maintenance to student players.

3

Nickel Silver Keys

This clarinet has nickel silver keys with nickel plating. Nickel keys are easier for students to keep clean because they don't tarnish like the solid silver keys found on more expensive pro clarinets.

4

Other Specs

Key of Bb (B Flat), .undercut tone holes, blue steel springs, forged keys, thumb rest with strap ring, American made mouthpiece and plastic case included.

5

Case & Supplies

This Gemeinhardt clarinet includes a durable plastic case and a starter kit containing essential maintenance and accessory items. Everything you need to get started is included.

6

5-Year Warranty

New Gemeinhardt clarinets include a 5-year limited warranty. All used instruments are backed by Music For Rent's exclusive 5-year limited warranty.
